A company director working in financial services in Geneva’s financial center, this former lyric artist created the association Helvetia Lyrica to share and pass on the values of excellence and heritage of Lyric Art, for as many people as possible and without distinction.
Mr. Motisi brings to the association the fusion of his expertise in Lyric Art, his experience as a collector and his professional mastery of business management

VICE CHAIRWOMEN
After a musical education (piano and singing), Dr. Agnes A. Nagy has performed in choirs and as a Lyric soloist on various tours throughout Europe.
Dr. Agnes A. Nagy holds a PhD in History of Ancient Religions and a Master’s degree in Information Science. She is currently head curator at a heritage library.
Her experience in project management and heritage archiving is a great asset to the association.
SECRETARY

More than 15 years of experience in the organisation of business travels, notably for the United Nations and recently at the service of the former FIA President Mr. Jean Todt.
Mr Descombes is a keen traveller and has visited some 60 countries on all 5 continents.
His cosmopolitan organisational skills are an asset for the association’s international development.
After 45 years of career on the most important international stages (Scala of Milan, Opera of Paris, Covent Garden of London, Metropolitan of New York and especially the festival of Pesaro, etc…) Mr.Chris Merritt was one of the pillars of what was called the Rossini renaissance and started in Europe, under the impulse of the Mezzo-Soprano Marilyn Horne and the Maestro Alberto Zedda.
The association addresses all its gratitude to him to have honoured us by having accepted his position.
CURATOR
On behalf of the Executive Committee, he is responsible for managing the association’s collection and coordinating its development.
His extensive knowledge of Lyric Art (link to two publications below), his proximity to the lyric world and above all his experience as a collector, are precious assets for the association.
